This is a collaboration of breath work and Reconnective Healing.

Dingoni will lead breath work, and Atsuko will perform Reconnective Healing (hands off energy healing) following the breath work.

Pranayama (guided breath work) balances the hemispheres of the brain, relaxes body/mind, and returns us to the present. Through the breath we began to slow down, watch, and become truly aware. Experience a Guided Breath Work Meditation. 

Atsuko will perform Reconnective Healing after the breath work. She will go among participants and perform hands off energy healing. The focus will be oneness, expansion of our consciousness and light body activation for ascension to higher realms. As our energy field is being reset to coherent and balanced field, healing at all levels happen, in physical, emotional, mental and spritial levels.
